Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Direct incoming calls as required. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients, and customers.
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
Take and relay messages.
Provide information to callers.
Greet persons entering organization.
Direct persons to correct destination.
Deal with queries from the public and customers.
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
General administrative and clerical support.
Prepare letters and documents.
Requires sorting mail, receivables, payables, and equipment invoices to be delivered to the appropriate individuals.
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
Clean and maintain the reception area.
Other as assigned by management.
Education and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (i.e. Outlook)
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Verbal and written communication skills
